By installing or using Shopify App Auditor ("the app", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Shopify App Auditor analyzes your installed Shopify apps and generates a store health score with recommendations. The app is read-only and does not modify your store in any way.

2. Recommendations Are Informational

All health scores, grades, and recommendations provided by the app are informational only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from following our recommendations. All decisions remain with you as the store owner.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to scrape or collect data about other merchants
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Data

We collect and store your store domain and app list as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support@appdrain.com.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopify App Auditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
